The Framework
Reveal the path. Earn the trust. Preserve the promise.
Every strategic undertaking has an essential path connecting its original intent to the outcome it must deliver.
Like moonlight on water, the path is there if you know where to look. The Moonglass Approach brings the essential connections into focus so people can see where they’re going, believe in the direction, and choose to move forward together.
Whether applied at a single critical decision point or across the full lifecycle, Moonglass keeps the original promise from getting lost as circumstances change.
One moment, or the full lifecycle
Bring Moonglass in at a single critical moment, or across the full lifecycle. A la carte or end to end.
What it is, and isn’t
- People-first advisory that connects intent to outcome
- AI-supported, with people making the calls
- A replacement for your team or your big-firm partners
- An AI tool that makes decisions for you
Where It Applies
Where the path has to hold
The numbers below can look discouraging. Read them the other way: a pattern this consistent isn’t a mystery. It’s solvable, and it’s been solved before.
The gap between struggling and succeeding isn’t small. In PMI’s research, top-performing organizations see 92% of projects meet their original goals, versus 33% for underperformers. What sets them apart is discipline that lasts well past the visible milestones. The five disciplines below are how that gap closes. (PMI, Pulse of the Profession, 2017)
Every path starts the same way: a focused advisory call.

Five disciplines, one lens
The same five gaps show up in every deal, PMO, transformation and disruption. Each discipline closes one, and AI is used only where it earns its place.
AI, where it earns its place. AI guides, challenges and earns its place. People make the calls, and one person stays accountable. AI should make people more capable, not replace them.

Advisory
Start with a conversation
Every engagement starts with a focused advisory call on the one problem in front of you. From there, Moonglass can be applied at a single critical moment or across the full lifecycle.
What it is
A working session on one specific problem: a deal that’s coming or just closed, a PMO nobody trusts, a transformation that’s losing the room, or a disruption every function is reacting to on its own. We use the Moonglass lens to get past the symptom to what’s actually going on.
Who it’s for
Mid-sized companies that need senior judgment without a big-firm team or a big-firm price. Corporate development, executive sponsors, VPs and directors, transformation leads and PMO leaders who want an experienced outside read before a decision gets made, while there’s still room to change course.
What comes next
If it’s useful, we scope what fits: one critical moment, like before you commit or after it’s called done, or the full lifecycle. A la carte or end to end.
Worth saying plainly: Clampitt Advisory is a new practice, built on 18+ years of doing this work inside the business. Every engagement is scoped honestly to what you need, and nothing more.
Background
How this got started
I’ve done this work in deals, portfolios, transformations and disruptions, and kept noticing the same thing underneath each one.
Across 30+ enterprise M&A integrations and divestitures, I built the governance standards that became the enterprise standard, the operating model every future deal inherited rather than a one-off fix. I built a Program and Change Management Center of Excellence, with a tiering model and value standard designed alongside the leaders who had to live by them. I led the $1B Software & Services transformation that redesigned how the business needed to operate under a new commercial model, instead of running the old process through new infrastructure. When trade policy shifted overnight, I coordinated the response that protected approximately $8B in tariff-exposed revenue across five functions working off one shared picture.
Most recently, I built an M&A integration playbook in eight weeks and designed an AI plan for diligence and knowledge transfer, one that gets the knowledge right before recommending any tool, so the organization can run it without the team that built it.
Before any of that, I spent nine years scaling global education programs into 32 languages, reaching 10M+ educators. It was the same instinct at a different scale: build the structure that still works once the launch excitement fades and nobody’s watching as closely anymore.
Every one of these started as a strategy problem on paper and turned out to be won or lost with people. Clampitt Advisory exists because that pattern is solvable, and I’d rather help someone catch it early than watch it surface after the value is already gone.
